Immortobot ™ Hold Down Die Kit

The Immortobot Hold Down Die Kit (IHDK) allows you to convert a Dillon standard powder measure die into a low cost, simple to use hold down die.
The IHDK solves a continuing problem with swaging, priming and reaming, variable case "floor" thickness between headstamps (and within the same headstamp). When setting up a backer die for swaging, priming or reaming, using a single case can result in inconsistent results when the pressure from the die rod is either too heavy or non-existent when a different case enters the station.
The IHDK uses a tool steel case guide nose, this insures that all cases are positively centered before the rod enters. This isn't as important for pistol, but is critical when working with rifle brass, like 223 Remington, with its very small case mouth. What does it mean? No more crushed case necks.
The IHDK will support up to .308 Remington height cases. The caliber is limited to .222 or larger case mouth.
The IHDK does NOT include the Dillon powder die.
