Rollsizer Automatic Decapper

The Rollsizer Automatic Decapper removes spent primers and
separates deprimed cases and primers quickly and safely. The decapper will
process 380ACP up to 308Win with minor changes and the appropriate drop
tube. The decapper uses the same drop tubes as used in the Rollsizers.

The decapper will process soiled cases (rocks inside the cases are not
recommended) but the key issue is the cases are NOT required to be wet
cleaned or dry tumbled before decapping.

This means with basic sorting you can clean inside and out, including primer
pockets in one step. Aside from the obvious benefits to time and simplicity
the press can now be kept aside for reloading only.....This will be a major
bonus for those running an Automated reloader, the crud in the primer
pockets are known to cause problem for the primer sensors.

With a small pistol drop tube it will handle 380acp, 9mm 38super, 357SIG and 40S&W. Some mix and match can occur but not if the cases nestle / sit inside each other (9mm and 38sc fits inside 40...)

The large pistol tube is used for 45 caliber sized cases.

Small rifle tube is for 223

Large rifle tube is for 308

This is delivered in the US with:

a. Decapper unit with DC motor, base etc
b. PWM variable speed controller with speed control from 2,000 cases
per hour to approx. 3,600 cases per hour.
c. Spare self centering pegs and spring
d. FW Arms decapping die with
i. 1 x spare guide rod, this is a non standard guide rod and is
approximately 25 mm longer than a standard FW guide rod.
ii. 3 small pins (1 of which is installed on the supplied guide rod)
iii.Instruction manual
iv. Small vial of blue - mid strength locktite
v. 2 x small spanners to assist with removal / reinstallation of pins
vi. Pistol shuttle and spring installed on the decapper die.
vii. Rifle Shuttle (shorter than the pistol shuttle) and a spring for the
rifle shuttle.

e. Feed hose (same as supplied with other rollsizers) with cable tie
and Dillon feeder adapter clip
f. Discharge hose (same hose type) supplied loose for cutting to fit
onto the discharge tubes mounted to the underside of the decapper body
g. Operation and maintenance manual.


*The FW Arms die has a modified rod. Standard rods will not work. No other decapping die should be used with this machine.

*Only FW Arms small pins should be used to prevent case pull back.
