Improved Index Pawl

This is a direct replacement for the stock Dillon part (part #13705). The stock part will eventually require replacement due to wear, causing down time.

This part is made from a stronger material that will last considerably longer, reducing down time on the press to replace it.

These do require slight "tuning" with a file to provide the best operation on the 1050.
